Sunbury Veterinary Clinic was founded in 1970 to improve the quality of life for pets and to make them feel right at home. Our purpose-built veterinary clinic delivers the very best care to pets in the Sunbury region and beyond.

LEAD VET

Dr Andrew

Dr Andrew embarked on his professional journey in various fields of human care, including youth work, caring for people with disabilities, aged care, and not-for-profit organisational management. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Melbourne after studying Medical Science at Flinders University in South Australia.

In his early veterinary career, he served as a guest lecturer at the University of Adelaide, teaching life skills to new graduates. He also successfully managed three veterinary practices and oversaw the introduction of paperless workflow technology in Australia and New Zealand.

Beyond his dedication to animal care, Dr. Andrew enjoys spending quality time with his family, camping, reading, and mountain biking. He is an advocate for equality, mental health, and sustainable environmental management, both within and outside of his work. Driven by a passion for holistic chronic pain management in pets, he takes pride in collaborating with pet parents to enhance their pets’ quality of life.
